See and touch every material
You visit our Marbella showroom — only 40 minutes from Málaga via the AP-7 — and physically handle every marble, wood, tile, kitchen cabinet, fixture and finish before they go anywhere near your 3D render. Decisions made on real materials, not screen samples.
3D RENDER
Approve before we build
Our in-house architects and interior designers produce a photorealistic 3D render of every room — using exactly the materials you selected in the showroom. You approve every detail before a single wall is touched.
FIXED-PRICE CONTRACT
No surprises
Line-by-line quote, locked start date, locked end date. Permits and licences fees included. Written into the contract.
ON-SITE EXECUTION
8-20 weeks typical
Demolition, structural work, plumbing, electrical, tiling, joinery, paint — all run by your dedicated site manager. Weekly progress photos delivered to your phone wherever you are.
HANDOVER & WARRANTY
10-year cover
Snag walk-through, full documentation pack and 10-year structural warranty. Manufacturer warranties on every appliance, registered on your behalf.
