Do you handle the licence with Marbella Ayuntamiento?
Yes — architect, visado at the Colegio de Arquitectos, Ayuntamiento submission, ICIO tax and the IBI update are all included in the contract. You don't chase paperwork.
Can you work in a Golden Mile community of owners?
Yes. We file the community notice, respect the building's quiet hours, manage lift bookings and waste removal, and our PM speaks to neighbours directly in Spanish so issues don't escalate.
