First Concept Renders
Our 3D designers produce initial renders within 5–7 working days for your review.
Showroom Material Selection
You visit our Marbella showroom to see and touch every material in person before we lock the render — marbles, woods, tiles, kitchen finishes, sanitaryware. The render then uses the exact textures and finishes you chose physically, not generic library textures.
Revisions & Refinements
You mark up changes — materials, layout, furniture — and we revise until the render is exactly right.
Final Approval
You sign off on the final renders. This becomes the binding brief for the construction and manufacturing teams.
